Description

Filodivino is dedicated to the organic production of the two main Marche varieties: Verdicchio and Lacrima. Added to these are small experimental plots with international vines. The work in the vineyard has the aim of building a natural balance of soil and plants with the help of green manure, natural preparations based on algae and propolis and careful observation of what the vineyard and the vintage require of us. In the cellar, with the guidance of the oenologist Luca D’Attoma, the search for an interpretation continues original and pure from the territory of San Marcello (AN) with fermentation and aging experiments in terracotta amphorae, concrete, truncated cone vats and old and new oak barrels, in addition to steel tanks.
