Fernet Francisco are, as the name suggests, a San Francisco-based company making fernet-style bitter amaro. This rhubarb version is a fruity twist on their standard version, made with 12 botanicals, and has rich rhubarb, orange, anise and herbs that make it a distinctive and tasty aperitif.
Fun fact: one of the founders of Fernet Francisco appeared on American TV’s ‘The Batchelor’.
