With a calm and serious yet vibrant character, La Bota de Manzanilla nº 113 “Navazos” is an unbeatable companion in the table. It shines with products from the Spanish fishing tradition (potatoes seasoned with melva, marmitaco, cooked crabs, baked sea bream) and international (bull sashimi, marinated herrings, mussels a la marinera). It has been bottled with a very light filtration in order to preserve its authenticity and the intense yellow color with greenish reflections that it shows in the boot. It is advisable to treat this chamomile with the care that any great white wine deserves. It should be served at around 9/11ºC in a reasonably large glass, never in a beer, copita or catavino.
