The other white Burgundy variety. This delicious crisp white displays peaches and flowers on the nose and palate and finishes with just a slight salty tang. There is a touch of lemon and mineral elements on the palate. This is a wine to be enjoyed in its youth but I suspect it could age for a couple of years if so desired.
