A gourmet wine par excellence, Pétillant has been made in Vouvray for nearly 200 years. Part of our winemaking traditions, it is distinguished by a fine bubble. Not very effervescent and therefore not very aggressive, it leaves room for the fleshy expression of Chenin.

Our bottles of Pétillant are stored away from light in the galleries of our cellar under the tuffeau. Our choice for optimum taste quality is to keep these vintages on lattes for at least three years. This allows the aromas to slowly refine and offer a distinctive character to the Sparkling Wines of Domaine Huet.
