Our vineyard is made up mainly of old vines planted in massal selections, the oldest of which date back to 1936. From the 1990s onwards, we resumed working the soil (plowing and digging) excluding weeding and insecticides. At the estate, respectful management in the vines and its environment and the preservation of biodiversity are taken into consideration. All the more so since it is important to take into account our impact on the vineyard in the face of climate change. Since 2006, the estate’s practices have been organic and it was in 2016 that Laurent began the “AB” conversion process, which will be certified in 2019.
