Description

As its name suggests, Poignée de raisins (“handful of grapes”) is a cuvée that feels like drinking the juice of the fruit itself. The domain produces a truly generous, fruity red Côtes du Rhône from young Grenache vines (aged between 4 and 30 years old), biodynamically cultivated on the hillsides and the Gramenon plateau, 350m above sea level. Harvested manually, its grape clusters are sorted before the 15-day maceration in a coarse cement tank. They are fermented with native yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured for 6 months in vats.
