Description

The GALLETY family acquired its estate in 1974, in a characterful Ardèche village located in the commune of Saint-Montan . It was initially made up of vines, fruit trees, forest and scrubland, all over 80 hectares. Wine production then required the restructuring of the farm . A colossal work in the selection of grape varieties and the establishment of a strict cultivation method, perpetuated thereafter. Today, the vineyard represents 15 hectares of vines in one piece , around a building in the colors of southern Ardèche . For more than 30 years, Alain and his son David-Alexandre have united around a common passion: the love of wine . Wines distinguished by the careful selection of grape varieties in order to obtain unique combinations, with fine and concentrated aromas. Their production reflects the terroir and its riches, with the greatest respect for the environment. This rigor allows us to obtain a unique grape . In accordance with a qualitative approach, each stage of wine production is carefully monitored and controlled, from manual harvesting to bottling.
