Domaine Montessuit Famille is a family vineyard located in Ayse, a small village at the foot of Môle known for its character and the beauty of its landscapes. Coming from a family of Ayze wine enthusiasts, we decided to open the estate in 2011. We are committed to respecting the work of our elders and our precious land. To produce the AOC Vin de Savoie d’ Ayze according to the rules of the art, which requires work that respects the soil, we practice agroforestry . Treatments based on essential oil herbal teas or even the installation of weather stations are all natural alternatives that allow us to reduce the use of inputs in our plots. All of these eco-responsible approaches allow us to be able to work, still today, on plants grafted by our ancestors in order to offer you the full expression of Gringet in our wines .
