A charming nose of cherry, white pepper, thyme and undergrowth supported by already supple tannins. Its admirable depth is enhanced by the sweet evanescent scent of peppery notes which disappear at the end of the mouth.

| Wine and style | The current style of the estate remains faithful to the naturalness and classicism of Hubert's wines, certain vintages of which required a lot of patience, but with more openness in the bouquet, and more silkiness and smoothness in the textures. We pay particular attention to the entire harvest, the proportion of which is constantly adapted according to the terroir, the age and characteristics of the plant material, and of course the vintage. Alcoholic fermentation takes place mainly in large wooden vats and aging in 228L rooms. |
