“Chaude Ecuelle” is a locality where several of the estate’s vines are planted. These plots far from the houses producing excellent wines, formerly obliged the winegrowers to take away their meals, which they heated on the spot in terracotta bowls.
The search for quality is the priority of the Domaine. Thus, respect for the environment, the traditional culture of the vines and the winemaking techniques allow a very good expression of the Chablis terroir.
