The color is typical deep ruby red. It’s bouquet is complex, with notes of mature red fruit and gentle spices. In the mouth it is full and velvety, full bodied and structured, very harmonic.

Description

This is an authentic wine from the Dezzani collection. Bastione is a symbol of Cocconato. All the grapes are hand harvested around the middle of september, followed by a long maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is refined in big traditional oak wood barrels for 12 months, which continues in the bottle
