Description

Descregut is an ecological sparkling wine Brut Nature Reserva from Corpinnat produced by the Can Descregut winery. It is a blend of Xarelo, Macabeo and Parellada. The vines are treated with organic farming certified by the Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production (CCPA). The grapes are manually harvested to prevent premature oxidation prior to pressing. Aging takes place in cellars for at least 24 months and no sugars are added to the product during disgorgement. The Can Descregut winery has three main qualities: it is in Penedes, it is careful and ecological.
