The wine has a beautiful balance of acidity and tannin that gives the wine length, texture, weight, and balance. The wine finishes with a touch of caramel, toffee, smores, and chocolate-covered blueberries. The addition of Petit Verdot in the blend gives the core of Cabernet Sauvignon additional structure, floral notes, and dark fruit flavors on the palate, providing complexity and depth to the wine tannins demonstrate what valley-floor fruit can offer.
