| More Information | Starting from perfectly ripe grapes in their ideal state, coming exclusively from the sub-area of Condado del Tea, after a meticulous pressing, an excellent quality must is obtained. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank with controlled temperature at 18ºC; once this fermentation is finished all the wines are transferred to separate the lees and the "coupage" of the different deposits is carried out. |
