When you open this bottle of bourbon you’ll experience an aromatic bouquet of maple, toasted oak, vanilla beans and slivered almonds. Our mashbill of corn, wheat, and malted barley is twice distilled and aged for years on alligator char new American oak. It drinks sweet and earthy with rich toffee, honey and marmalade followed by robust cinnamon sticks and clove undertones and has a smooth long finish that alternates between baking spice and orange before resolving to cacao. Whether gathered with friends around a fire or on the rocks perched over a typewriter, with a splash of water or mixed into an old-fashioned. The best way to enjoy this whiskey is however you enjoy whiskey.
