Description

A biodynamic winery established in 1980 in the village of Vittoria, south east Sicily – within the Cerasuolo di Vittorio appellation. They specialise in using the islands native varietals such as Frappato, Nera d’Avola, Grecanico and Inzolia. Today, COS are regarded as a benchmark natural wine producer on Sicily. The wines are notable for their great purity of fruit and transparency.
