Anne-Sophie is very much one of the rising vigneron stars of Beaujolais, and has received incredible critical acclaim in recent times. A Champagne native, and with formative time spent making wine in Volnay, she combines a ‘vineyard-first’ philosophy with exceptional skill in the cellar. She is creating some of the most seductive wines in Beaujolais today. Her domaine now extends over eight hectares within the famous Fleurie Cru, all now organically farmed, with an average age of sixty years.
