Pale bright gold, clear, with nice bubbles. Incisive aromatics of yeast, lemon, apple, cherry skin, a touch of fresh mushroom. Young on the palate but with finely chiseled lemon, apple, melon, minerality, croissant. Has some serious stuffing. The cépage actually works brilliantly with energy, power, and balance. Zero dosage, which I think is wonderful in this case to let each of the contributors speak without a veneer of sugar.
