A blend of Semillon and Malvasia Puntinata, Appia Antica 400 Bianco is an elegant and delicate wine that comes from a careful and accurate selection of the best grapes planted right around the famous road that frames the capital. The project for the recovery of these soils was born from the will of the Antinori sisters who, with tenacity, rigor and the know-how of the family, decided to restore luster to a land as ancient as it is suitable. Malvasia Puntinata, with low yields and critical fragility, has been re-evaluated here thanks to a sustainable quality approach while Semillon, which on this volcanic and tuffaceous soil has found its own terroir of choice, gives it an elegant and personal touch. The result is Appia Antica 400 Bianco, an intimate wine that goes straight to the core.
