Thank you for accessing the GABA APP Website www.gabaapp.com. We respect your right to privacy. We wrote this policy to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your information.
GABA APP may receive information about you through our Site from our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and from other third parties. When using our Site you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. You authorize GABA APP to use your information in the United States and any other country where GABA APP operates, regardless of where you are logging in or where you live. Users are advised that each time they visit our Site, three general levels of information about their visit can be retained. The first level comprises statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate and non-individual specific basis of all browsers who visit the Site. The second is information which is personal or particular to a specific user who knowingly chooses to provide that information. The third is information which is personal or particular to a specific User and obtained during the purchasing stage.

Information Collected Upon Registration: This Site does not collect any personal data about you on this Site, apart from information which you volunteer (for example, by emailing us). When you create a GABA APP account, you provide personal information, such as your name, username, password, date of birth, and email address. Any information that you provide in this way is not made available to third parties, and is used by this Site only in line with the purpose for which you provided it. By choosing to communicate with us in this way, you will be providing us with some level of personal information relating to you. This information will only be used by this Site for:
- The purposes for which it was provided by you;
- Verification purposes and statistical analysis; and
- Marketing and administration purposes.
Additional Information: You may provide information to customize your account, such as a cell phone number for the delivery of SMS messages. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from notifications from GABA APP. You may also unsubscribe by following the instructions contained within the notification or the instructions on our Site. We may use your contact information to help others find your GABA APP account, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party services and client applications. Your privacy settings control whether others can find you by your email address or cell phone number. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. If you connect your GABA APP account to your account on another service in order to cross-post between GABA APP and that service, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service and other information that you authorize. This information enables cross-posting, helps us improve the Services, and is deleted from GABA APP within a few weeks of your disconnecting from GABA APP your account on the other service.
Non-Personal Information: data collected for statistical purposes that are not associated with a specific identity. This site collects and analyzes technical information in order to evaluate our Site. The type of technical information we log is confined to the following:

- The top-level domain-name used (for example, .com, .org, .net
- The pages visited on this Site, i.e., URL’s[2] visited
- The previous Site address from which the visitor reached us, including any search terms used

Your Location Information: You may tell us your location when you enable your computer or mobile device to send us location information. You can set your location preferences in your account. We do not control the policies of any third parties, including advertising networks. Third-Parties: GABA APP uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services. Third-party ad partners may share information with us, like a browser cookie ID or account identifier to help us measure and improve advertising performance. Third-parties may also share such information with any other party. We have no control over third-party services’ usage of any such information collected.
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your GABA APP account.
Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us and our clients in the United States and abroad. We may share your private personal information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions and subject to our confidentiality agreement.
Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect GABA APP’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.
Business Transfers: In the event that GABA APP is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice to affected users before any transfer or before becoming subject to a different privacy policy.
International Transfer: Your information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, GABA APP may transfer Personal Information to the United States and process it there or may choose to transfer the Personal Information to one of its other locations around the world for processing. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information.
Modifying Your Personal Information: If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can also permanently delete your GABA APP account. Deleting your account from our systems can take up to thirty (30) days. We may retain an archived copy of your records at our discretion or as may be required by law.
When This Policy Applies: Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by GABA APP and its affiliates, including services GABA APP provides on mobile devices, and services offered on other sites, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results, sites that may include GABA APP services, or other sites linked from our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.
Security Breaches: We may make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the system. This intention to release such a disclosure in no way obligates GABA APP to do so, except as may be required by law.
Our Policy Toward Children: Our Services are not directed to persons under 21 and we do not knowingly allow such persons to register on our Site. If you are under 21, please do not attempt to register on the GABA APP Site, or purchase any Products, or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 21 may use any of our Services.
If we learn that a minor has created an account, or that we have collected personal information from a minor under the age of 21, we will delete that information as quickly as possible and terminate that account. Please note that the “delete” option does not guarantee complete removal of the content. Changes to this Policy: We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
