Planted deep in Binyamin’s rocky soil, the Psagot Winery and vineyards embody generations of settlement and quality winemaking in a region of optimal conditions. The winery was founded in 2003 and has been growing consistently ever since. The last harvest yielded the vineyard ~1M bottles, over 70% of which are exported to dozens of countries around the world. Psagot Wineries currently produces ~25 types of quality wines that win prestigious awards, medals and international competitions every year.

Psagot Winery relocated to its new location at Shaar Binyamin in June 2020. A beautiful stone structure resembling an ancient roadside inn and overlooking the magnificent landscape of Wadi Qelt and the Edom Mountains, houses the wine production factory, the visitors center and the winery’s banquet hall. In the middle of the building is an enchanted garden overlooking the primal view. ~1000 barrels of wine age in the cellar every year. The impressive structure hosts a variety of events and activities, offering a special atmosphere coupled with good wine and a beautiful landscape, including: individual and group wine tours, a patisserie, small and large events, conferences and seminars, cultural concerts, and more. The winery evolves continuously, because wine is an inspiration!
