Mark XXVII – A blend of double copper pot and continuous twin column still rums distilled from Molasses in Saint Philip, Barbados. Aged first in ex–bourbon barrels for 5 years and then sent into ex–Black Muscat wine casks for 9 years, 100% in Barbados. Dense and complex – burnt vanilla & baked lemon on the nose – nuts & sweet allspice at the mid palate – tapering off into toffee & brown butter before leaving an earthy mushroom vibe at the long finish. Put this in place of bourbon in your Pecan Pie recipe and, ooh Momma!!!!
