TWe flirted with the idea of how to make a real summer red wine! This is how this easy-drinking, low-alcohol 2022 Kadarka was born, which we made using the white wine process. Chilled fermentation, steel tank, early bottling. This type of wine is fashionable in the world these days, and we wanted to try this style. It has been unbroken success for several years now! We like it very much, it is worth chilling it well (8-10°C). On a hot summer evening, it will be a real refreshment! And in winter, it is the best match for fish soup!
