A natural wealth that may produce from floral wines up to more complex and mineral ones. |

| HARVEST | Hand-picked. As we harvest old and ancient vineyards (bush vines), there is no possibility to mechanize harvest and therefore all our grapes are hand-picked, which is also a perfect way to guarantee the highest quality. Please click on the icon to get harvest reports. |
| WINEMAKING | Prefermentative cold maceration during 3-5 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days and another 7 days for the malolactic fermentation. |
