While we love spicy foods, we didn’t want to make a pepper vodka that was all about setting your mouth on fire. Peppers are a fruit, after all, and we wanted to capture all the juicy qualities of that fruit in addition to the spice. We use five California-grown varieties in our Green Chile Vodka (jalapeños, serranos, habaneros, red and yellow bell peppers) that build layers of sweet, savory heat. Lime peel and fresh cilantro add even more vibrancy and depth of flavor.
