LES ANJOU-VILLAGES-BRISSAC are wines for laying down with silky tannins and fleshy structures. This “Domaine de Bablut” vintage is made from Cabernet Franc grapes on marl (limestone) and Cabernet Sauvignon on schist. The aromatic range is a subtle blend of black fruits, spices and tobacco. After a few years of aging in bottles (ideally between 3 and 8 years), they will go wonderfully with the most delicate meats and cheeses. It is advisable to uncork the bottles a few hours before serving at room temperature.
