This cucumber forward gin uses nine botanicals and boasts 100 pounds of fresh cucumber per batch. The cucumbers are hand-peeled and placed in the tank within 48 hours of arrival to maximize their fresh, bright flavor. Use this refreshing gin in a simple cocktail with ice, soda and a garnish, or craft a complex cocktail to enhance the natural cucumber flavor.
