Japan- Kiuchi Umeshu is produced by two step distillation of Hitachino Nest White Ale which is then aged with estate grown Ume (Japanese sour plums) for 7 months in stainless steel tanks. Final dilution down to 6% abv with sparkling water for this authentic Japanese highball.
