Mattariga is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on calcareous, hilly soils at 250 m. above sea level, with a good temperature range which allowed the aromas to be preserved. Low yields per hectare and careful vinification have allowed us to obtain a good concentration. The aroma is fine and delicate, the taste is balanced and intense.
