This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our Azal, Arinto and Trajadura grapes and is the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. The harvest is manual and carried out in small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
