This “Limited Edition” 2018 is “off the beaten track”. it’s like a ginger/brown sugar candy. It’s concentrated, colorful, rich and complex. Harvested during the heat wave, the yield was considerably low at the end of September. The wine was aged patiently in wood for 12 months, bottled and left for 18 months in our cellar. Here it is in front of you, still a little shy, though expectedly so, it is the first Plant-Robert DEMETER, and probably the one and only on Earth.
