Our Red Wine Blend is made in Valencia, Spain by a father-son duo who is committed to organic viticulture and utilizing terroir to develop refined and complex wines.
The Bobal and Merlot grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine remains on the skins for a few days and is then barrel-aged for 4 months.
