Approaching a glass and the wine being able to stimulate all our senses, that is the objective of this wine, made in an open concrete lake that is 80 years old, going back in time, remembering that aroma of fresh fruit and licorice. when my grandfather took me to the cellars of San Vicente Castle to have a snack with friends and I was barely old enough to hold a bottle of wine in my hands.
That penetrating and indelible aroma is what modern oenology has forgotten and that we have tried to convey in this young Artesano wine, above all fresh and very fruity, pure, very expressive fruit, very soft and elegant in the mouth with a slight carbonic sensation.
