VNA approach winemaking in an innovative way and above all using healthy agriculture. They are focused on respecting the land in which they live and in which they are in harmony with the rhythms and phases of nature. All the shoots are renewed, the grassing is spontaneous, natural and perennial. No fertilizations are carried out but the innate self-fertilizing capacity of the soil is stimulated through the use of phyto-therapeutic preparations and the multiplication of microorganisms present in their soils with the aim of achieving an equilibrium between the different levels of microfauna, mesofauna, macrofauna and flora.
