Description

Domaine de l’Ecu Orthogneiss is a biodynamic white wine made on lees by Domaine de l’Ecu in the Loire Valley, in the AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine with the Melon de Bourgogne variety. The fifth generation cultivates the 25 hectares of family vineyards in the Loire Valley. Guy Bossard is a pioneer of organic (since 1975) and biodynamic (since 1998) viticulture in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine area, near Nantes (France). His wines, made under the Domaine de l’Ecu brand, are high quality productions that perfectly express the terroir they come from.
