Description

Viñedos del Jorco is a project established by Raúl Pérez together with César Ruiz, Flequi Berruti and Nacho Jiménez. This project stemmed from Raúl Pérez’s interest in a top-quality vineyard that belonged to a winegrower from the area who sold the grapes in Paraje del Jorco, Cebreros. After 5 years of cultivating this vineyard by applying biodynamic treatments, without using systemic products, in 2016 they decided to buy it. While they waited to build a winery in the area, the production took place in Raúl’s winery in El Bierzo, transporting the grapes there in refrigerated trucks. All their wines are currently vinified in their own winery.
