Produced from grapes grown in premier cru vineyards, this is fruity, balanced and universally appealing. Its perfect poise is no accident: the blend is recreated annually for each cuvee by laboratory tests, followed by blind tasting. This is non-vintage but has plenty of the 2008 harvest in it (a knock-out year for champagne).
