In the glass the Harmonie is fresh pale with golden hues. In the nose aromas with notes of white flowers, melon, peach, apricot and a hint of citrus. On the palate, a lively attack, powerful with some minerality and a small sparkling effect that adds freshness. The wine is very tasty, round and well balanced.

Domaine du Bois Joly is a family estate with 30 hectares of vines between 30 and 60 years old. It is located in Pallet, 20 kilometers southeast of Nantes in the heart of Sèvre and Maine. They work with respect for nature and the wine is certified organic (Certified High Environmental Value III level, or Environment Management System)
