Description

Aia dei Colombi, framed in a hilly landscape designed by vineyards, was born in 2002 in the sign of a consolidated peasant tradition, following an ancient passion of the Pascale family for vineyards and wines.
The intent is to combine typicality and quality in wines, enhancing the vocation of a territory, the Sannio Benevento, with extraordinary viticultural aptitudes.
The vineyards are conducted through careful and scrupulous cultural care, carried out in full respect of the environment, with the awareness that the environment is the main actor in the recognition of wines and therefore only its adequate conservation can guarantee the maintenance of typicality in the over the years.
In the cellar only grapes from the company’s vineyards are processed in order to control every phase of the production chain, furthermore the choice of obtaining a selection from each vineyard helps to give the wines an unmistakable identity.
