Description
This cuvée comes from a parcel selection of old vines, fifty years or more, planted on soils and subsoils of decomposed granites. The exposure to the North protects the Vermentino from excessive heat and possible over-ripeness.The application of the principles of bio-dynamics and the rigorous sorting of the grapes at the time of harvest considerably limit yields, most often less than 25 hectoliters per hectare.
