The archetypal Lena Filliatreau Saumur blanc! Extremely versatile, it fits perfectly in all situations. Fruit and great liveliness! Supple and fruity, it is a cuvée which can be consumed in its youth but which you can also keep for two or three years.
100% Chenin Blanc./ ABV 14%.

| Harvest and Vinification | The 100% manual harvest is fully sorted in the cellar. The vines are harvested in several sortings then put in the press without destemming. Vinified in stainless steel vats with regular stirring. Aging for several months on fine lees with regular stirring. |
