Description

Loire vineyard, it is on the terroirs of Anjou, at the eastern end of the Armorican massif that the Domaine de la Bergerie is located.
On a schistous base of Anjou Noir, our 36-hectare vineyard benefits from varied soils as well as a gentle oceanic influence that allows us to explore all the facets of Chenin, Cabernet and Grolleau. It is an environment conducive to the full expression of the wines.

Winemaking

Maceration for 15 days with air mixing in the aqueous phase in order to extract the fruit and the aromas of the grapes. Separate vinification of free run wines and press wines. Enhancement during aging for a minimum of 9 months in vats. Blending before bottling.
