A barrel aged spirit in a class of its own. We use specialty, heirloom potatoes for the “mash” and then barrel age them like a whiskey. Available in mixed cases. Made from rich and buttery Peter Wilcox potatoes. It is dry and oaky, with a touch of caramel that suggests a New Fashion for an Old fashioned.
