Bold, full-bodied and rich. Dark in color, it displays mighty aromas of intense dark fruit, cassis and cocoa powder. The palate displays exceptional balance with rich and layered flavors of black cherry, plum, mocha, toasted and a subtle minerality.

| Winemaking | After harvest, the wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks where it was cold-soaked and pumped over once a day for several days. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to barrel and stirred weekly until malolactic fermentation was complete. It was aged in French, Hungarian and American oak (30% new) for 18 months prior to bottling. |
