Description

Pinot noir is the grape variety that initiates all the great red wines of Burgundy. Its skin is black, its pulp is white. The resulting wines express small red fruits in youth, then more spicy notes as they age. The palate is structured but the tannins are fine. Irancy wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety in which the Caesar grape can be used to accentuate color and typicity. It is marked by aromas of blackcurrant, cherries and spices.  On the palate, it presents a good liveliness and a real aptitude for aging.  Irancy AOC is only vinified in red wine. Irancy wines can be tasted from three or four years of age, but their longevity can easily exceed 1 to 2 decades in good years.
