Our latest release of Honey Moonshine is a collaboration with Big Dipper Apiaries, with much of the honey sourced from the Naval Cemetery Landscape right here in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Unlike several commercial honey whiskeys on the market, ours has the real taste of organic honey infused in our sipping-friendly moonshine.

We recommend shaking this bottle before consuming as the honey can concentrate toward the bottom over time. It doesn’t get any more local, collaborative, and delicious.
