Thomas Losen, together with his family and employees, is also happy about awards from the DLG as well as numerous mentions and recommendations in various wine guides. Losen-Bockstanz can also score in an international comparison: In 2007, for example, two Rieslings from Portnersberg were honored by the leading English wine magazine “Decanter”: there was once 5 stars for “outstanding” quality (“Decanter Award”) and again 4 stars for the rating “very recommendable”. Losen-Bockstanz was thus placed among the 7 best of 175 Riesling Spätlese from the Moselle with 2 wines.
