With startling clarity and unconventional appeal, our White Wine opens with vibrant aromas of fleshy peach and poached pears, topped by an aromatic punctuation of Muscat. From front to back, the palate is huge and inviting, balancing rich fruit and bright acids. “This is a fruit-forward, easy-drinking, ‘now’ wine,” explains Winemaker John Kane. “Pure awesomeness coming out of the bottle.” Be bold, be adventurous, and pair with similarly striking dishes from around the world such as spicy Thai food, dukkah-crusted Ahi, or Mediterranean chicken salad.

We followed only one rule when creating this wine – to craft something that jumps out of the glass and tackles your senses. To get that round, full-body base, we barrel fermented half the Chardonnay. The remainder was fermented in stainless steel, balancing the big, plush fatness with a clean, crisp edge of bright acids and fresh fruit. We finally exposed the wine to French, American and Hungarian wood, giving a finishing touch of warm baking spices.
