In this wine, destined for a faster consumption by the glass, Bortolomiol highlights all its sparkling wisdom. While not using it the grapes more valuable the result is equally convincing and within its hardiness find all the Prosecco grape pleasantness. Excellent wine to drink accompanied by savory cicchetti both meat and fish. Must not be denigrated with the spit, especially chicken. (Tasting & text by Michele Bressan)
